We're floored!

Yes, people, I've been mighty remiss at the Campsie Project blog, and I'm sorry! Really I am! Especially when we've got such incredible floors to show you! You've got to take a look! We are really truckin' along! The upstairs is painted, floored, much of the bathroom fixtures are in place... it's amazing!

The floors look nice. Are they new or refinished? How hard was it to do?

The floors are freshly refinished "red pine," which is, apparently, nearly imipossible to get anymore. They went from inky brown black t what you see! We hired out the floors... some people say "oh, you can do that!" and others say "no, don't even try to do that." We opted for the latter. If you're in the central ky area, I can give you the name of a great floor guy who's very competitive!
